Job Description
The Financial Service Representative provides exceptional member service in response to member needs and request, while maintaining knowledge of and complying with all applicable rules and regulations. They assist members with financial service needs, explain services, open and close accounts, offer solutions to member issues, and respond to problems.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Three years of direct Credit Union/Banking or retail experience
- Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of the MS Office Suite
- Accuracy with numbers and attention to detail
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in an open-concept workspace/environment
