Front Desk Greeter

The Front Desk Greeter is responsible for projecting a positive, welcoming image to members, visitors, and vendors. Performs various administrative and clerical duties as assigned, including welcoming and greeting each member, visitor, and vendor, checking in on members, and maintaining awareness of the lobby and branch surroundings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• No experience required
• Knowledge of Credit Union products and services
• Welcoming and helpful demeanor
• Must possess professional verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in an open-concept workspace/environment
