As a Retail Territory Manager, you will manage the relationship between Shell and Retailer/Dealer at site level, identify gaps in site performance, and develop business strategies to achieve customer commitment and profitability. You will also be responsible for coaching and motivating Retailer/Dealer, managing site operations, and implementing local retail strategy.
