ServiceNow Software Engineer

ServiceNow Software Engineer responsible for development, configuration, maintenance, and integration of ServiceNow solutions. Key member of Shell’s Agile DevOps team, responsible for the full software development lifecycle, including design, programming, deployment, and decommissioning of software and third-party packages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong software engineering background with 4–7 years of experience in ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, AJAX,.Net, Java, Webservices, Glide Record
• Client & Server-side scripting, API integrations, ACL debugging
• Experience with SaaS platforms, COTS software, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies, CI/CD, and iterative development.
