Job Description
We at Sheltair are committed to excellence and are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide daily contact with customers and co-workers in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment. Responsibilities include assisting pilots and passengers with fuel orders, online times, and other services, as well as data entry and general cleaning.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Two to four years' relevant experience in a related field
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency in basic math
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Typing speed of at least 40-60 words per minute
- Professional appearance
