Job Description
The Kennedy Shelter Case Manager will provide case management for single clients at the Kennedy emergency shelter. The case manager will support program participants in obtaining and maintaining housing stability using best practices, such as trauma informed care, housing first, and harm reduction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human services/related field or commensurate experience
- 2+ years of case management/direct services/other related experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to prioritize competing priorities and make sound judgements
- Ability to complete tasks while navigating frequent interruptions
- Ability to deliver creative, resourceful solutions to unique challenges
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Ability to Drive a 15-passenger van
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends when needed
