Job Description
Shenandoah Telecommunications Company (Shentel) is seeking a Technician Broadband II - Glo Fiber to provide high-speed internet services to customers in rural communities. The position involves installing and servicing broadband services, digital video services, and phone services, and requires 3-5 years of experience with HFC and/or fiber to the premise installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.
Requirements
- Must be able to clearly and successfully communicate to customers internal and external
- Have a valid driver's license
- Must have 3-5 years of experience with HFC and/or fiber to the premise installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs
- Able to demonstrate basic PC/tablet skills using basic software applications like email and web browsers
