Shepherd Center is seeking an HR Advisor to partner with employees and leaders to shape a positive employee experience, support compliance, and drive strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring practical HR expertise, sound judgment, and a passion for people.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive human resources experience
• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university
• Strong employee relations and problem-solving skills
• Business acumen with the ability to deliver practical HR solutions
• Relationship-building and coaching capability with leaders at all levels
• Project management and organizational effectiveness
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in the use of HCM software
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office
