Job Description
Shepherd Insurance is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to assist insurance advisors in handling new and renewal personal lines business. This role involves providing excellent customer service, marketing new business, maintaining accounts, and assisting with cross-selling. Requirements
- At least two (2) years’ experience in similar position
- Required state licensing certification
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong understanding of personal lines insurance coverages, forms, procedures, and policy rating systems
- Familiarity with computer software applications (Microsoft Office, agency managing system)
