Job Description
Responsible for the management of inquiries from referrers, potential patients, and their families seeking access to care, participating with program leadership team in the approval of admissions, and coordinating the details of the entire admissions process.
Requirements
- Clinical expertise in admissions intake, assessment, and/or concierge customer service
- Experience with behavioral healthcare
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field
- Current Maryland Driver’s license
