Job Description
Part-time internship opportunity for students in Masters of Social Work, Masters of Counseling, or Bachelor of Social Work programs. Opportunity to work with a challenging patient population in Montgomery County, MD.
Requirements
- Current student of an accredited Masters of Social Work (MSW) or Masters of Counseling program, or Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) program
- Masters or doctoral level student
- Enrolled at an academic Institution with an existing contract with Sheppard Pratt
- Strong foundation in child/adolescent mental health theory and related theory and practice
- Clinical reasoning, foundations of evidence-based practice, group theory and application, and teaching/learning concepts and applications
