Job Description
The Adult Residential Treatment Center (RTC) provides services for persons ages 18 and older with serious mental illness, including individuals with co-occurring substance use disorders or development disabilities. The team provides individualized treatment that develops independent living skills.
Requirements
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy
- Work with a multi-disciplined team to develop and implement treatment, intervention, and management plans and strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Transport and/or accompany clients to community resources and services
