Job Description
The Outpatient Mental Health Center - Columbia offers mental health and substance use services for clients of all ages in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Requirements
- Conduct diagnostic assessments
- Develop treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy
- Monitor progress and adjust treatments
- Coordinate referrals to additional services
- Use evidence-based therapies
- Complete documentation in a timely manner
- Participate in weekly supervision, staff meetings, and trainings
- Make extra income by volunteering for on-call duties
