Job Description
Chesapeake Connections provides personalized care for individuals with complex mental health histories. As a licensed or pre-licensed counselor or social worker, you will provide comprehensive treatment and support for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI) and co-occurring disabilities in Baltimore City.
Requirements
- Licensed in Maryland as a LCSW-C, LMSW, LGPC, or LCPC
- A driver’s license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle
