Requirements
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assisting customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
- Building productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
- Processing sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures
- Maintaining precise work order files and formulas
- Pulling appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse
- Tinting and mixing products, as needed, to customer specifications
- Stocking shelves and setting up displays
- Cleaning store equipment
- Loading/unloading delivery trucks
- Assisting in making deliveries, as needed
- Maintaining in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
- Remaining knowledgeable on products offered and discussing available options
- Complying with inventory control procedures
- Suggesting ways to improve sales
