Job Description
Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. They are responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, processing sales transactions accurately, and achieving sales goals. The role also involves maintaining precise work order files, pulling products from the sales floor or warehouse, tinting and mixing products, and stocking shelves.
