Job Description
Customer Service Specialist will work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions, and recommend solutions. The role involves customer service, sales, and product knowledge. The job requires bilingual Spanish and English speaking skills and will involve working at multiple store locations in the Ypsilanti and Canton areas of Michigan.
