Job Description
Job Description: This position works closely with commercial paint customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Job duties involve contact with customers, processing sales transactions, maintaining work order files, tinting and mixing products, and assisting in deliveries.
Requirements
- Assist customers in person and over the phone
- Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures
- Maintain precise work order files and formulas
- Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications
- Clean store equipment
- Assist in making deliveries, as needed
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Suggest ways to improve sales
