Branch Wholesale Product Specialist-Full time

The Branch Wholesale Product Specialist will work closely with commercial paint customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. The role involves assisting customers, processing sales transactions, maintaining work order files, and suggesting ways to improve sales.

Requirements

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications
• Clean store equipment
• Assist in making deliveries, as needed
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Suggest ways to improve sales
