Job Description
Customer Service Specialist role involves ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, processing sales transactions accurately, and maintaining precise work order files and formulas. The individual will also be responsible for pulling products from the sales floor or warehouse, tinting and mixing products to customer specifications, and maintaining in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
