Requirements
- Develop and implement safety and health training, and awareness programs
- Plan, coordinate, and lead all site EHS training
- Support employee-led safety committees
- Manage the EHS Management System
- Perform inspections, investigations, and analyses
- Maintain regulatory compliance reporting, recordkeeping, and monitoring
- Provide timely reports/audits to management and oversight
- Act as liaison between the site and all Federal, State, and Local enforcement agencies
- Foster a positive safety culture
