R&D- Chemist Associate

The R&D- Chemist Associate is responsible for maintaining and supervising high quality standards for both Finished Product and Raw Material, ensuring the parameters established by the company are met, aligning with one of Sherwin-Williams' essential values: Quality.

Requirements

• Administer the paint laboratory at the Liquid Paint Plant.
• Provide support and resolve quality issues in production.
• Implement good manufacturing practices, propose continuous process improvements.
• Ensure manufactured products meet product specifications and SW-established norms.
• Ensure laboratory work procedures are safe for personnel involved.
• Review intermediates and finished products for approval or rejection.
• Verify tracking of findings from quality management system audits.
• Follow cardinal rules and safety norms established by the company.
