Bilingual Pharmacy Technician - Refill Calls Spanish Speaking

Shields Health Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Pharmacy Technician to handle refill calls in Spanish. Requirements

• State registration as a pharmacy technician
• Nationally certified as a CPhT or equivalent is strongly preferred
• 1-3 years of Pharmacy Technician experience strongly preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Exceptional phone skills
• Comfortable with proactively engaging patients telephonically
• Comfortable reaching out to clinicians, payors, and pharmacies telephonically
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Strong organizational skills
