Director, Operations (Hybrid)

The Director of Operations will provide integrated support across stakeholders and oversee day-to-day operations of the Specialty pharmacy program. The individual will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building cost benefit analysis, and managing the overall financial performance within assigned health system partners.

Requirements

• Proactively identify strategic growth initiatives and drive their implementation
• Lead site operations at health system partners
• Meet or exceed financial, operational, and patient outcome & satisfaction targets
• P&L ownership for financial results of health system partner sites
• Collaborate with Shields functional leadership to optimize processes and drive operational improvements
