Job Description
We are seeking a Manager of Strategic Operations to work directly with our Executive Leadership team on cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in consulting, investment banking, or private equity, and be highly motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or private equity
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, including financial modeling and data visualization
- Analytically oriented; makes and defends decisions based on hard data
- Hard worker and self-starter who is able to work independently, with limited oversight from managers
- Effective at multi-tasking; someone who enjoys and thrives wearing multiple hats at once
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic and service-oriented
