Job Description
Grow the specialty pharmacy patient population by making outbound phone calls and enrolling patients with Shields Partner Pharmacy, while educating them on services and protecting confidentiality.
Requirements
- Active national pharmacy certification
- Outbound phone call experience
- Customer service experience
- Prior experience as a Pharmacy Technician or related experience
