The Senior Manager of Operations is a key member of the Shields Operations Leadership Team, responsible for owning new initiatives that drive meaningful impact on operational outcomes.

Requirements

• Independent ownership of key operational initiatives
• Management of multiple complex workstreams concurrently
• Proactive solicitation of feedback from end users
• Maintenance of accountability over reports and analyses
• Support of pharmacy utilization optimization
• Partnership with regional leadership for ad-hoc analyses or processes
• Communication of staffing recommendations
• Drive innovation in operations reporting
• Fostering of an equitable, collaborative environment
• Empowerment and support of site leaders
• Drive accountability across internal and external stakeholders
