Senior Manager of Operations - Operations and Consulting experience required

The Senior Manager of Operations is responsible for owning new initiatives that drive meaningful impact on operational outcomes, partnering closely with Senior MPS and Strategic Operations stakeholders, and reporting directly to the Site Director of Operations.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 5–7+ years of relevant pharmacy work experience; leadership experience in cross-functional settings strongly preferred
• MBA or PharmD a plus
• Experience with pharmacy operating systems (e.g., Epic) a plus
• Experience with large enterprise telephony software and/or programs a plus
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau in a professional environment
• Ability to manage large datasets and convert them into actionable reporting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities
• Ownership mentality: able to understand business needs, think critically, and act without step-by-step direction
• High integrity, with the ability to maintain an equitable work environment, respond effectively to feedback, and take accountability for results
• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort working under limited oversight
• Strong client management capabilities and interpersonal communication skills, demonstrated through successful presentations and facilitation
• Willingness to travel routinely to health system partner sites; schedule may vary week to week
