Specialty Pharmacy Liaison

Shields Health Solutions is seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Liaison to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, providing support with medication refills, and coordinating with clinical and pharmacy team members to ensure concerns are resolved quickly.

Requirements

• Required Licensure/Certification: Registered with the State of employment, nationally certified as a CPhT preferred
• Years of Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician, 5-8 years preferred
• Education: High School Diploma or GED
