Software Engineering Manager

Join our ambitious Partner Portal team to develop and maintain a cutting-edge self-service platform for Shift4's commercial teams. As a Software Engineering Manager, you will lead the technical strategy and implementation of our product, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve elegant solutions.

Requirements

• Experience working with application building/programming
• Solid experience working with backend development
• Experience working with integrations, APIs, databases
• Experience working with systems maintenance
• Be familiar with agile software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Ability independently perform technical analysis with proactive communication/contacting team members or other related squads
• Be flexible and demonstrate the ability to execute on deadlines
• Experience working in an international context and solid English (written and spoken)
