Shiftmove is a growing company in need of a Senior Accountant to stabilize, structure, and elevate its accounting operations in France.
Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Accountant to manage all accounting operations of Shiftmove in France, stabilizing, structuring, and elevating operational standards in a multi-entity environment in strong growth.
Requirements
- Experience: More than 7 years in accounting, including experience as a Senior or Lead, ideally in a French company or firm.
- Technical Expertise: A solid practice of French GAAP in a multi-entity environment (VAT, IS, statutory reporting).
- 'Bldr' Mindset: Proven ability to build or rebuild accounting processes in a growing company.
- Agility: Comfortable with ambiguity and able to take initiatives where frameworks are not yet fully defined.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills for exchanging with auditors and external partners.
- Tools: Mastery of NetSuite and/or Sage is a significant advantage.
- Leadership: Strong mentorship skills, attention to detail, and priority management.
