Strategy & Operations Associate, Audits & Inspections

Requirements

• Own and continuously improve the Quality Assurance (QA) processes for our Audits & Inspections (A&I) marketplace
• Identify inefficiencies and recurring failure points within the QA process
• Manage QA agents to daily throughput and quality targets
• Use tools such as Google Sheets, SQL, and internal systems to analyze performance and create reporting
• Monitor and triage in-shift issues, taking action where possible and escalating when required
