Service Technician

We are seeking a temporary Service Technician to join our technical support team in Uppsala, Sweden. The role involves providing technical support to customers and partners, handling warranty issues, and working with sales support and administration.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in similar work or a background as a bicycle mechanic
• Great interest in bicycles and good knowledge of Shimano's products
• Service-oriented, structured, and used to working independently
• Ability to speak and write in Swedish and English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, and preferably experience with CRM systems
