Trainee

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated intern for our Learning & Development (L&D) team. The intern will work on exciting projects that contribute to the growth and development of our employees, including designing/developing training materials, working out learning processes, and implementing innovative learning strategies.

Requirements

• Students pursuing a Bachelor in Learning and Development in Organisations (in their 2nd or 3rd year) or a Master in Educational Sciences
• Passion for learning and a creative mindset
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Willingness to show initiative and work independently, but also to function as part of a team
• A proactive attitude and the drive to want to continuously learn and improve
