Job Description
Shine Associates, LLC is seeking a Managing Director, Investor Relations to lead all investor relations activities, including client management, capital raising, and departmental administration. The role provides strategic leadership across investor communications, reporting, and fundraising initiatives, ensuring the Investor Relations team successfully executes the firm’s goals while adhering to compliance requirements and supporting the broader business strategy.
Requirements
- Lead and manage the Investor Relations team
- Oversee departmental budget, vendor relationships, and administrative planning
- Provide strategic leadership for all client matters
- Oversee the strategy, messaging, and execution of all non-NDCF fundraising initiatives
