Area Manager, Fulfillment Operations

The Area Manager, Fulfillment Operations will oversee day-to-day operations and relations for all local primary transportation services in and around the Fort Worth, TX market.

Requirements

• 1+ years of people management and operational leadership experience within a high-volume 3PL fulfillment environment.
• 2-3 years’ broad experience in Transportation, experience with final mile carriers and routing.
• Knowledge of proper loading techniques; cubic measurement and space utilization techniques; forms, terminology, and information.
• Ability to manage performance, deliver feedback, train and develop talent for professional growth.
• Solid computer skills and have a working knowledge of programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel, and PowerBI.
• Understanding of DOT and TDR Regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and experience tracking and achieving KPIs.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and carrier partners.
