Job Description
As a Merchant Success Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting merchants in achieving success by assisting them in growing their businesses, serving as a supply chain consultant, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver value to merchants.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales within eCommerce, retail-tech, SaaS, or logistics industries
- Proven experience in collaborating cross-departmentally to deliver comprehensive solutions for merchants
- Ability to build new relationships with senior business owners and executive stakeholders
