Job Description
Shipfusion is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to join their growing Product team. The role involves ensuring warehouse systems and processes are used as designed and consistently applied across locations, supporting system discipline, structured audits, and clear reporting, and helping both teams stay aligned on how the WMS is built, how it’s used, and how performance is measured.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in logistics, operations, or a related field
- Strong understanding of fulfillment operations; WMS experience required
- Skilled in process observation, documentation, and audit facilitation
- Analytical thinker comfortable with data and diagnostic tools
- Strong communicator able to collaborate effectively across Product and Operations
