As our Senior Product Manager for Marketplace Consumer Experience, you will be responsible for balancing the complex needs of customers, retail partners, and personal shoppers to drive measurable growth in conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience specifically launching high-traffic features within B2C e-commerce or multi-sided marketplaces and demonstrated partnership with marketing stakeholders.
- Proven autonomy in managing the full product lifecycle—from initial discovery and vision setting to post-launch optimization—without requiring daily tactical guidance.
- Technical proficiency in mobile-first environments, specifically having integrated internal tooling with external marketing tech solutions.
- Experience leading cross-functional squads of 10+ people (engineers, designers, and data scientists) to deliver measurable ROI on complex marketplace projects.
- Mastery of A/B testing and data analysis to drive growth experiments; you should be comfortable quantifying how your previous features impacted specific North Star metrics.
- Strategic communication skills with a track record of distilling technical complexity into compelling narratives for executive-level stakeholders.
