Job Description
Shive-Hattery is a premier architecture and engineering consulting firm seeking a Civil Engineer to join its West Des Moines, Iowa office. This role involves building client relationships, creating great client experiences, and leading projects while mentoring design teams. The firm emphasizes a collaborative environment and offers a balance between independence and professional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited engineering university
- 5+ years of site design experience
- Design in person with client, government, and regulatory agencies
- Mentor and guide design teams
- Pass drug and background screenings
- Professional Engineer designation preferred
