Job Description
Shockbyte is looking for a Video Content Producer to establish video as a consistent, scalable growth channel that drives traffic, engagement, and conversion. This is a full-time position based in Melbourne, Australia, with a hybrid work requirement of 2–3 days per week minimum.
Requirements
- Proficiency in editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects
- Strong understanding of video SEO, platform algorithms, and engagement mechanics across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
- Experience using video analytics tools such as YouTube Studio, TikTok Analytics, or Meta Business Suite
- Strong scripting and short-form copywriting skills
- Ability to plan, structure, and execute both long-form and short-form video content from concept to publish
