Job Description
Shop Your Way (“SYW”) is a FinTech and e-Commerce enablement platform transforming payments, loyalty, and commerce. They are seeking a Program Manager to build and scale loyalty-as-a-service programs, supporting Raise (gift cards) and Way (mobility). The company offers a differentiated loyalty and credit solution, a scalable platform, and a growing business.
Requirements
- Strong project management, analytical, and process optimization skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Solid business judgment
- Ability to influence stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years experience in program or project management
- Experience with data and metrics
- Experience in fintech, banking / financial services or B2B payments
- Experience in a B2B payment industry
