Job Description
ShopBack is hiring a Business Development Manager to help scale ShopBack Ads, a fast-growing retail media and advertising business in Australia. The role involves building partnerships with mid-market and enterprise brands across FMCG and Alcohol to unlock incremental growth through ShopBack Ads.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years experience in business development or media sales
- Experience selling advertising, retail media, affiliate, or performance marketing solutions
- Strong commercial instincts with the ability to sell value, not just media inventory
