Requirements

• Maintain excellent customer service and checkout area
• Provide excellent customer service and positively engage with all customers
• Maintain a neat and organized checkout area
• Greet all customers and display a warm demeanor
• Accurately scan or enter product data
• Accurately account for cash and coupon, lottery, and PC Optimum
• Ask for customer’s PC Optimum Card during each transaction
• Ensure proper documentation completed with respect to customers receipt and return of goods
• Merchandise and maintain designated areas (i.e., facing, signing, labeling, etc)
• Ensure loss prevention Standards are followed
• Control cash, lottery, and stamp inventory
• Present proper image to the public in accordance with Uniform Policy and Dress Code Guidelines
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
• Comply with all store policies and procedures
• Ensure the standards of housekeeping and image are maintained
• Perform other duties as required
• Strong computer and register skills
• Well organized with the ability to record keep
• Detail oriented
• Balance teamwork and efficiency in processing the customer order
• Organization and neatness
• Efficiency in processing the customer order
