Requirements
- Maintain excellent customer service and checkout area
- Provide excellent customer service and positively engage with all customers
- Maintain a neat and organized checkout area
- Greet all customers and display a warm demeanor
- Accurately scan or enter product data
- Accurately account for cash and coupon, lottery, and PC Optimum
- Ask for customer’s PC Optimum Card during each transaction
- Ensure proper documentation completed with respect to customers receipt and return of goods
- Merchandise and maintain designated areas (i.e., facing, signing, labeling, etc)
- Ensure loss prevention Standards are followed
- Control cash, lottery, and stamp inventory
- Present proper image to the public in accordance with Uniform Policy and Dress Code Guidelines
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Comply with all store policies and procedures
- Ensure the standards of housekeeping and image are maintained
- Perform other duties as required
- Strong computer and register skills
- Well organized with the ability to record keep
