Job Description
Senior Manager, Pharmacy Services/Gestionnaire Principal(e) Soins cliniques en pharmacie, Services professionnels. Reporting into the Senior Director of Pharmacy Services, this role will be focused on enabling the offering of Patient Care Services in Shoppers Drug Mart and Pharmaprix Pharmacy Care Clinics.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain pharmacy care clinic services
- Plan, coordinate, and attend pharmacy visits
- Create pre- and post-visit summaries
- Develop and update job aids, implementation guides, checklists, and comprehensive communications
- Propose improvements and assist in the development of pharmacy services enablement tools
- Support billing processes and reports
- Organize and facilitate virtual and in-person events
- Utilize data to support clinic optimization and performance analysis
- Lead or support cross-functional project planning and management
