Trainee Paid Ads - Meta & Google (m/w/d)

We are an e-commerce and online marketing agency looking for a Paid Ads Trainee to learn the management of customer accounts in performance marketing from scratch and further develop with us.

Requirements

• * Completed studies or training, preferably with a focus on marketing, communication, business administration, or e-commerce
• * First practical experience with online marketing, performance marketing, or paid ads is an advantage
• * A good eye for design, visual language, and trends, as well as an understanding of how visual content works on different platforms
• * Interest in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and data-driven marketing
• * Analytical thinking and a good feeling for numbers, target groups, and performance
• * Structured, independent, and careful work style
• * Developed communication skills and a secure appearance
• * High willingness to learn, self-initiative, and motivation to further develop yourself professionally
• * Native German language skills in word and writing
