Job Description
Shore Lodge Whitetail Club is seeking talented and skilled Bartenders to join their team. The bar is a lively library of spirits and a place for memorable customer experiences. Requirements
- Experience in a 4 star dining room (ideal)
- Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes (classic and new)
- Knowledge of liquor composition and flavor profiles
- Ability to blend and mix beverages
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Food and beverage regulations compliance
