Job Description
The Marina Attendant at Whitetail Club is responsible for daily marina operations, collaborating with reservations to maximize slip and boat rentals. This role involves guest and member experiences, dock assistance, guided services (lake tours, sailing), boat maintenance, and organization of the marina. The ideal candidate will ensure consistency, safety, and accuracy in processes.
Requirements
- Ability to multi-task while providing superior customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers
- 3 years of prior experience in the Marina/Recreation Industry
- Experience launching boats and maintaining boat accuracy
- Strong familiarity with various boat/water vehicle operations
- Driving license and clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred)
