Job Description
The Co-Pack Supervisor is responsible for first line management of production lines in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective lean environment. The role requires continuous improvements to meet company objectives and ensures a safe, productive, and efficient working environment.
Requirements
- Associates degree or equivalent related experience
- Minimum 3 years related warehouse management/supervisory experience
- Management experience in a dynamic production or co-packing environment
- Working knowledge of production run rates, pricing, and expenses
- Basic understanding of OSHA, DOT, labor and other federal regulations
- Understanding of basic machine operation principles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, detail oriented
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, climbing, reaching & sitting required
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
