Sales Manager position at Shorr Packaging, leading a team of Account Executives to generate growth within a region and exceed sales goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years sales experience and/or training within the packaging industry and 5 years in sales management
- Sales experience in an industrial setting or packaging preferred
- In-depth sales experience with strong understanding of the solution selling process
- Effective influencing skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong financial acumen
- Solid Microsoft Office skills
